How do you know when to trust people and when not to trust them?

How do you know when to trust people and when not to trust them?

You must always think before you trust others. It is said that you can always trust people but not the animal that hides inside them.

Robert J. Aumann, who was awarded Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences, argues that repeated interaction enables cooperation. In a repeated interaction game, strategic equilibrium expresses phenomenon such as altruism, cooperation, trust, loyalty, revenge, threats and so. on.

Therefore, the steps are
1.      Is it a repeated interaction?
a.       No – Do not trust them
b.      Yes
                                                              i.      Have you injured them in the past? Or Have they betrayed your confidence in the past?
1.      Yes for either of the question - do not trust them
2.      No – Is their quality of nature trust worthy?
a.       No or maybe – Do not trust them
b.      Yes – They deserve your trust
Caution: Even when there is no doubt and they are people who deserve your trust, you must not place blind trust on them.
