Is it easy to control your anger?

We all have faced a similar situation in our lives - Anger is the emotion that takes a lot of your energy. When your mind is calm and composed then you will be able to appreciate your soul. You will be able to resonate with the rhythm of your inner self and attain the supreme state of bliss. But anger destroys the rhythm of your soul.

Control your anger. Otherwise, the energy that the anger delivers to you will lead you to complete destruction.

But is it easy to control your anger? The simple answer is no - because anger is a normal human condition. 

However, you have a way out.

Train your mind - make it a habit to watch out for anger. Just a second before you get angry, recognize the energy rising in you. Hold on to it and transform it into constructive action. Use that resultant energy to improve yourself!

If the energy is too much to handle, you may even enter an empty room and scream at the top of your voice. But do not deliver it to another person and allow it to grow into hatred and enmity.

This is an impermanent life and not worth wasting your time in hatred and hostility.
